Here's all you need to know about our shipping policies:

  • Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping.
  • Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.
  • Both options are based on carrier rates.
  • Currently, we only ship within the U.S. and dispatch packages twice every weekday.  

Returns

Kayode means 'who brings joy' so we wan't you and your dog to be completely satisfied with our products. While we try our very best to make sure all dogs love our supplements, we understand individual preferences vary. If our products don't meet your expectations:

  • We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee.
  • Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase. We offer a full refund for returned products, minus a standard $6 shipping fee.
  • After 60 days, refunds are issued as store credit. 
  • To start a return, email bark@kayodepet.com with your order number.
  • Once approved, we'll provide instructions for the return process.
